The Gordon Research Seminar on Energetic Materials is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.

The focus of this meeting is on the response of energetic materials at the microstructural level, which is a complex process involving both mechanical and chemical components that lends itself to a coupled experimental and computational approach. This seminar will discuss both computational and experimental efforts to understand the processes influencing the thermodynamic and constitutive response of energetic materials over multiple length scales.
